After suffering a loss you need to review your policy as soon as possible. This outlines your responsibilities as a policyholder.
Please remember some very important responsibilities:
Report any incidents that may be a crime to the police immediately.
Seek medical attention for those who may be injured no matter how slight.
·Preserve any and all property from suffering further damage. (examples of this action include: board up broken windows, remove water from a flooded basement, remove wet carpets)
